Arctic Engineering provided HVAC (sheetmetal & piping) and plumbing work for a new office building and Fueling Station, as part of CN’s planned $165 million redevelopment project to upgrade and improve the Kirk Yard facility in Gary, IN. This project included an office building (6,300 sq. ft.), as well as a fueling station for railroad cars, which required three large fuel tanks (50,000 gallons), extensive piping, and pump house.
